About

At Core-Space, we understand the key requirements of living spaces in the modern world.

After all, the humble home comes in many shapes and sizes—but as people we all have similar demands.

We generally all need sufficient space for cooking, eating, gathering, cleaning, and sleeping.

These essential areas only need so much space!

This is the core space you actually need to go about your life in a happy and productive manner.

Our approach to a living space is one of clean lines, efficient use of space, and high-quality materials.

It’s about fostering a healthy mind and body.

We also consider things like earthing and EMF protection, mould prevention, thermal efficiency, lighting, integrated joinery, and built-in furniture and storage.

Construction occurs mostly in the factory, as this allows for less time on site than traditional methods.

By using a factory equipped with precision manufacturing machines, we’re able to produce wall frames, custom joinery and furniture, timber wall and ceiling linings, and other building components efficiently and to a higher accuracy level.

We also integrate all trades seamlessly, which is important for the overall look and feel of your space.

As experts in the field of joinery and finishing, we can offer plywood and other sheet materials for internal and external wall linings.

Eco-friendly and non-toxic finishes, such as natural oil finishes and water-based paints, complement and bring out the best in timber and other wall coverings.

And with custom integration of furniture, we deliver a bespoke space perfectly matched to your needs.
