Sauna House
Sauna House is exactly that, A house suitable for the Australian elements and a high performing Traditional sauna. We have designed in all of the core considerations needed for such a high performing habitat.
The overall size is considered to keep it compact and maximise your sauna experience. Our standard sauna is the perfect size considered for 4-6 people. The 2 benches are 2.1m long which is longer than your standard bed.
The walls and ceiling have been triple layered including double vapour and heat barriers. The floor is porcelain tiled and the internal wall and ceiling linings are your choice of Hemlock, Cedar and Alder timbers.
The external walls can be clad in any of our exterior wall linings options. The roof is heavy duty and deeply ribbed corrugation iron in multiple colours. Our flexible range of materials will allow you to personalize your sauna inside and out. The end result will be a visually striking piece of furniture in your back yard.
Why we like our traditional sauna
The traditional Finnish style sauna is a very natural method of Sauna. A simple and affective method of heating the body to produce a detoxifying sweat as well as a relaxed state of mind.
This style of Sauna allows for mobility and you can move around the sauna to suit how you feel, the floor, 1st and 2nd bench will allow you to move into the hotter or cooler areas of the Sauna. Movement is a Beneficial while in a sauna, allowing you to pack in more into your wellness session.
The traditional sauna has the added benefit of adding steam to increase the humidity, this can be adjusted to users preference. The addition of essential oils can be added to the sauna for added aroma.

Minimal electronics are needed for a Traditional Sauna, just 1 heat source and cable keeping the electronics to a minimum. This a simple and long lasting method of Sauna future proofing any maintenance required.
