Steel subfloor system with plywood top to suit location. Concrete foundations are used where a steel subfloor isn’t suitable or for personal preference.

We use a thicker wall frame of 140mm instead of 90mm. This allows for a stronger, more rigid structure and increases the thermal performance. Energy efficiency will help this pay for itself over time.

The exterior cladding taking all the extremities sits out 25mm from the fully-braced wall to create another thermal and moisture barrier while allowing the building to breathe.

We have many options available to suit individual preferences:

• Cement sheet cladding allows for the concrete look or it can be painted
• Timber cladding such as Weathertex
• Modern sheet metal cladding
• And more!

Our linings are fixed on a durable cavity batten.

As joinery specialists, we offer more than plaster board (gyprock) including plywood, timber, and cement sheeting.

Timber or plywood will transform your room, while the use of the same material on your joinery and trims will create a premium built-in look and feel.

Standard flat ceilings or raked.

Out signature scissor truss allows for a cost-effective raked ceiling. The skillion roof also gives an effective spacious feel.

We can mix between flat and raked according to your preference. R4 ceiling batts are used in the ceiling cavity.

Roof iron comes in many shapes, sizes, and colours—custom options are available. Ceiling spaces are also designed and made with airflow and exhaust in mind.

A special mention to our signature gutter! The wrap-around bevel edge with radius corner gives a modern and luxurious look and feel. All joins are soldered, not riveted, and siliconed—future proofing the gutter for leaks and degradation.

Whether it’s to fit out a kitchen or bathroom, these areas are custom to your requirements.

If your floor or wall linings set the theme, we can tie it all together with your joinery. Wall-hung cabinets will add to the integrated effect while window and door trims can also be matched to the wall linings.

Aluminium is our pick! Durable and low maintenance with the option of single or double glazing, either hinged or sliding. Inside or outside doors can be custom made to suit your design intent. We strike the balance with light and ventilation requirements needed in scale to the room size.
